ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items purchased online can be returned and we will either
exchange it for what the customer needs or give back a 100% refund
to the customer. Items purchased online by a customer are usually not
physically seen by the customer during ordering until they are delivered
to the customer, therefore misconceptions are possible and therefore we
accept returns and 100% refunds.
Several
factors may render a package to be
returned either completely by a customer or to exchange the item after purchase has been made.
KCL Hardware is open to receive all returns if a customer is not
satisfied with our product, they are free to return the item(s) and a full
refund is given back to the customer if:
- The return is made within 24hrs from purchase time.
- The Item being returned is
in its original packaging and all seals, screws, housings are
intact.
- The item has not been used
at the time of return
- The item is free from
customer scratches, cracks, breakages or any deffects arising from after sales
mishandling.
- The electrical item is in full working capacity as sold
We do our best to protect
our customers' rights therefore, if the above conditions are met at
the time of returning any purchased item, KCL HARDWARE WILL ACCEPT ALL
RETURNS AND A 100% REFUND IS GUARANTEED.
OFFLINE
PURCHASES AND RETURNS
Items picked from our stores by
customers themselves are assumed to have been fully physically checked and
accepted by the customers at the time of purchase therefore, we do not expect a
customer to return what they have fully physically checked and confirmed to be
the exact items they need. However if the customer strongly feels the item was
sold in error and with a factory error, then they are free to return as purchased and a 100% Refund is guaranteed as long as:
- The return is made within 24hrs from purchase time.
- The Item being returned is
in its original packaging and all seals, screws, housings are
intact.
- The item has not been used
at the time of return
- The item is free from
customer scratches, cracks, breakages or any deffects arising from after sales
mishandling.
- The electrical item is in full working capacity as sold.
