Licence. KCL Hardware agrees to grant, and the User and/or Customer and/or Client agrees to accept on the following terms and conditions, as nontransferable and nonexclusive license to use the KCL Hardware enclosed with this agreement.

Formulations and Permitted uses. The Images, animations and entire content of this site has been largely developed purposely to create a conducive business atmosphere between our clients and the KCL Hardware. Any use of any content in this site not in line with this agreement and arrangement is strictly prohibited and prosecutable by law.  All LEGAL RIGHTS on this website as well as the intellectual property remain solely to the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reduce any part of the website to any human perceivable form. You may not modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based upon this website or any parts thereof.

Copyrights, Legends and Logos. KCL Hardware and User Documentation, logos, product, names and other support materials, if any, are either patented, copyrighted or otherwise proprietary to KCL Hardware. You agree never to remove any such notices and product identification and to reproduce them on any back-up copies produced.

Trade Marks. KCL Hardware, kclhardware.netne.net, KCL Hardware’s Webstore, KCL Hardware’s Store, KCL Hardware User Documentation, logos, product, names and other support materials are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of KCL Hardware in Uganda and/or other countries. KCL Hardware ' trademarks and trade address may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not KCL Hardware ', in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits KCL Hardware. All other trademarks not owned by KCL Hardware that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by KCL Hardware.

In no event will KCL Hardware be liable to damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use inability to use KCL Hardware website and user documentations. In addition, KCL Hardware shall not be liable for any claim by you or any other party for damages arising out of the use or inability to use such KCL Hardware and user documentations and based upon strict liability or KCL Hardware negligence. This License Agreement shall be legally governed by the Laws of Uganda and shall inure to the benefit of KCL Hardware, its successors, administrators, heirs and assigns. If any legal action is brought by either party to this License Agreement regarding any issue to KCL Hardware ™ or the subject matter of this License Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief, reasonable attorneys' fees and all expenses. KCL Hardware reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices
